The US importers/distributors search features the opportunity to seek out sales and business partners in the United States using a direct and targeted approach. In this process, contacts are made to potential business partners throughout the United States using a project manager.

Research and Selection of Importers and Distributors – Survey and creation of an appointment calendar
The service is divided into 4 steps. The steps are not binding between them. It is possible also stop at the first step.
Step 1: Verified list of Importers / Distributors
The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACC) will be in charge of the importers/distributors selection based on the guidelines and standards provided by the company.
The contacts provided will be verified in advance.
Each name will be provided with company’s name – address – telephone – email name and role of the contact (possibly the general manager or sales manager) for a total of 25 or 50 contacts
Step 2: Matchmaking
The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACC), through its own sales personnel, will be in charge of a work of follow-up by phone and presentation of the company with potential clients in order to verify their interest in the company and in its products. The service includes an introduction of the company made by the IACC and also the sending of informative material by e-mail.
At the conclusion of this verification service made through telephone interviews, a report on the results obtained will be written and will be sent. In this report we highlight the contacts that may have expressed a real interest in the company.
Step 3: Creation of an appointment calendar
Based on the results obtained and in agreement with the company, an agenda of B2B meetings on site with selected American operators can be organized.
The meetings may be held in the metropolitan area of Miami and it can be provided, upon request and at no extra charge, the entourage by a Chamber’s employee.
Step 4: Follow-up
Following the meetings held at the headquarters of US importers / distributors, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce will follow-up with the US operators , first through a thank you email and then follow up with two telephone after 1 week and 1-2 months from the first meeting, to receive the operators’ opinions and possibly provide useful guidance to the Italian company.

Ricerca e Selezione di Importatori e Distributori – Sondaggio e creazione di un’agenda di appuntamenti
Il servizio e’ suddiviso in 4 fasi . Le fasi non sono vincolanti tra loro. E’ possibile anche fermarsi alla prima fase.
Fase 1: Lista aziende Ricerca e selezione, sulla base delle indicazioni e dei criteri forniti dall’azienda committente, di importatori/distributori USA. I contatti forniti saranno accuratamente verificati e comprensivi di nome della ditta – indirizzo – telefono – e-mail – nominativo e ruolo del contatto (possibilmente general manager o responsabile acquisti) per un totale di circa 25 o 50 contatti verificati.
Fase 2: Matchmaking
La Camera di Commercio svolgerà, attraverso un proprio addetto commerciale, un lavoro di presentazione dell’azienda committente e contatto telefonico con i potenziali importatori/distributori individuati, in modo da verificare l’interesse reale verso i prodotti presentati . Il servizio prevede l’invio via e-mail di materiale informativo (fornito in lingua inglese dall’azienda committente). In seguito si procedera’ a verifica, tramite interviste telefoniche e verrà redatta una relazione comprendente un sunto delle risposte raccolte, eventuali indicazioni utili ricevute. Nella relazione verranno evidenziati i contatti interessati ad approfondire i termini di un accordo di distribuzione con l’azienda committente ed un breve profilo aziendale per ciascuno di essi.
Fase 3: Agenda di incontri In base ai riscontri ottenuti, di concerto con l’azienda committente, verrà organizzata una agenda di incontri B2B in loco, tra i rappresentanti dell’azienda italiana e i distributori americani selezionati dimostratisi interessati al prodotto offerto. Agli incontri eventualmente svolti nell’area metropolitana di Miami potrà essere fornito, su richiesta e senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, l’accompagnamento da parte in un addetto camerale. Fase 4: Follow-up A seguito degli incontri svoltisi presso le sedi degli importatori/distributori statunitensi la Italy-America Chamber of Commerce si impegna a seguire gli operatori USA, prima attraverso una mail di ringraziamento e poi con 2 follow up telefonici a 1 settimana e 1-2 mesi dal primo incontro, per ricevere le impressioni dell’operatore ed eventualmente fornire indicazioni utili all’azienda italiana committente.
