Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinate orders and projects with the italian office.
- File and maintain documents, records, and reports in an organized manner.
- Utilize CRM to enter/open new accounts and insert new opportunities of sales.
- Coordinate import of the orders from Italy and generate invoices to customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hours shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus opportunities
Work Location: In person
