CAMPANIA WEEK FINEST FOOD AND WINE PRODUCTS
Campania, nestled in the heart of Italy, offers a unique blend of historical charm and natural beauty. With its stunning Amalfi coastline, ancient sites like Pompeii, and the energetic capital Naples, caters to every traveler’s desire. Campania is a paradise for food lovers, boasting renowned culinary delights. The variety of the territories and their biodiversity gave rise to some of the finest Italian food and wine products.
Campania enjoys plenty of sun, a vast sea briming with fish and scattered with islands, and an historically rich soil, especially at the base of Mount Vesuvio. These conditions contribute to the region’s biodiversity and ensure the flourishing of countless plants and the farming of animals, which lead to the richness of Campania’s culinary tradition. Indeed, besides being the birthplace of pizza, Campania is famous worldwide for its seafood, often paired with herbs, its cheeses, like the “mozzarella di bufala”, its olive oil, San Marzano tomatoes, and pasta. Beyond its gastronomic tradition, the region is equally renowned for its liquors, like limoncello, and wines. Some of the most prominent DOCG wines of the region, characterized by flavorful bodies and astonishing aromas, are: Greco di Tufo, Taurasi and Fiano di Avellino. The region also offers a variety of DOC wines, produced from indigenous grapes, like: Aglianico, Piedirosso, Falanghina, Biancolella, and Aspirinio.

Promotional dinner featuring a tasting of typical Campanian wines aimed at presenting the region’s DOC and DOCG wines to wine importers and distributors in Florida. This event, the official launch of “Campania Week,” is attended by industry professionals, Italian authorities, and food critics.
CAMPANIA APERITIVO at Mercato Miami
Wednesday, November 29th | 6:00 pm-8:00 pm
Promotional cocktail event with a DJ set featuring a tasting of Campanian wines and products. Through collaboration with local food bloggers, an audience of American food lovers is engaged, inviting them to discover the culinary delights of Campania.
CAMPANIA BUSINESS DINNER at Salumeria 104 | TRADE ONLY EVENT
Thursday, November 30th | 7:00pm – 9:30pm
Promotional dinner featuring a presentation of PDO and PGI agri-food products, accompanied by a tasting of traditional dishes made with authentic Campanian products. A selected number of food importers and distributors is invited to attend the event.

At the conclusion of Campania Region’s promotional week, a promotional cocktail event with a DJ set is organized, featuring a tasting of Campanian wines and food products.
