Neo Construction & Atelier Group’s Exclusive Networking Event

On February 6, 2025, Neo Construction partnered with Atelier Group to host an exclusive networking event that brought together designers, architects, and engineers in a vibrant atmosphere of collaboration and innovation. Held at Sunset Dr. Suite, the event aimed to foster connections among professionals in the construction and design industries, facilitating the exchange of ideas and inspiration.

A significant highlight of the night was the introduction of Neo Construction’s new scanning technology! This innovative offering promises to enhance project accuracy and efficiency, enabling designers and architects to visualize their projects in unprecedented detail. The technical team demonstrated the capabilities of this technology, showing how it can improve workflows and overall project results.

The International Reach of Italian Soccer and its Impact in the U.S. Sports Culture

The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast, in partnership with Lega Serie A , will host the first official Serie A event in Miami, an exclusive workshop and networking cocktail dedicated to exploring the Italian top soccer league marketing strategies in North America and the partnership opportunities it presents for brands.

The event will feature as keynote speakers Andy Mitchell CEO & Managing Director of Lega Serie A USA and Alessandro Gherardi, Partnerships Manager of Lega Serie A USA.

Business Luncheon on Infrastructure and Logistic Development in Florida

On May 16, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy and the Italian Trade Agency, will host an exclusive luncheon on Florida’s infrastructure and logistic development. The event is open to both members and non-members of the Chamber who have a particular interest in this critical sector.

Keynote Speakers:

The event will feature Jared W. Perdue, Secretary of the Florida Department of Transportation, and J. Alex Kelly, Secretary of the Florida Department of Commerce.

Secretary Perdue will provide insights into “The impact on Moving Florida Forward Infrastructure Initiative”.

The Moving Florida Forward Infrastructure Initiative is a $4 billion investment by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to expedite critical improvements on state-owned roadways. This initiative aims to address congestion, enhance safety, ensure the resiliency of the transportation network, and boost Florida’s supply chain and economic growth. Given Florida’s rapid population growth, with projections of 1,000 new residents daily over the next 30 years, these improvements are essential to meet the demands of current and future residents and visitors.

Secretary Kelly will discuss “Florida Trade and Logistics strategic development plan: Opportunities of cooperation with Italy”.

This is a unique opportunity to connect directly with State of Florida leadership, network with industry professional, learn about Florida’s new investment programs, and explore the business opportunities that have emerged following the trade mission to Italy led by Governor Ron DeSantis in November 2024.

Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas takes place in Miami on June 3-4, 2025

Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas (CSI) is the world’s only exhibition and conference exclusively dedicated to connecting the buyers and suppliers of the cruise design industry.

Taking place on 3 – 4 June 2025 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, CSI will bring together leading cruise lines and shipyards to meet with exhibiting designers, architects, outfitters, and interior suppliers from across cruise design.

The two-day event provides attendees with the opportunity to discover the latest products and services from over 250 exhibitors and hear from industry leaders on key topics and trends through panel discussions, focused talks, and Q&As.

Visitors can also experience a range of tailored networking and social events including the Opening Party, Happy Hour, Speed Networking, Lunch & Learns, as well as benefiting from the co-located events – Cruise Xperience Innovation Summit and Hotel & Resort Design South.

Thanks to an agreement signed with Cruise Ship Interiors, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast will organize an Italian pavilion, including a pre-assembled stand and a series of networking activities, conferences, and seminars, providing valuable visibility to the participating Italian companies.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
Coordinate orders and projects with the italian office.
File and maintain documents, records, and reports in an organized manner.
Utilize CRM to enter/open new accounts and insert new opportunities of sales.
Coordinate import of the orders from Italy and generate invoices to customers

Requirements:

Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
