IACC Annual Holiday Dinner & Pillar Awards to longstanding members

SAVE THE DATE! The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACCSE) invites you to attend the traditional Holiday Dinner slated to take place on Wednesday, December 7th at Quattro Gastronomia Italiana (1014 Lincoln Rd, Miami Beach, FL 33139).

This year’s Holiday celebrations will include a spectacular Italian menu and our traditional Christmas Raffle with incredible prizes.

Last year’s festivities attracted 120+ guests, so don’t miss out the opportunity to gather with fellow IACCSE members for the most awaited event of the year!

During the night longstanding members of the Chamber will be honored with the IACCSE Pillar Award.

All the proceeds of the Raffle tickets and Silent Auction sales will be donated to A.N.C.I.  (National Association of Italian Municipalities) for the reconstruction of towns recently hit by the earthquake in Central Italy.

“Trattoria Workshop”, a journey through the authentic Italian food products

As part of “The Extraordinary Italian Taste” campaign, launched by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Economic Development in North America with the objective of promoting and enhancing Italian products through the diffusion of a greater knowledge on their specific characteristics and their authenticity, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACCSE) presents “Trattoria Workshop”.

The seminar, a journey through Italian DOP-IGP cheeses and cold cuts types on the occasion of the First Italian Culinary Week in the World, is designed for Journalists, Food Experts, Food Bloggers, Influencers, Restaurant Owners, MCI Faculty and Students to learn about identifying product authenticity, traceability, quality control, pairing, region specification and much more.
